Apartment A

This beautiful holiday home is a luxury villa on the Mazarrón Country Club. The villa consists of three apartments which are rented separately in the preseason and the late season. All apartments are accessible via the front door. Behind it there is an entrance door on each floor to the apartment located there with protruding hangings and locks. They give access to the individual apartments. Each apartment has its own key. You therefore have maximum privacy and security!

Layout apartment A, 2nd floor

Through the front door you enter the spacious staircase on the first floor. When you go up the stairs you come to apartment A. The door gives access to a spacious and cozy apartment. The apartment has a double bed, a kitchenette with natural stone counter top, a mixer tap & sink, a microwave, kettle and hob. A small fridge with freezer compartment is also present in the kitchen.

The apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom furniture.

In the apartment you have access to a flat screen TV with cable connection, a free HDMI port and a DVD player.

You can store your clothes in the spacious built-in wardrobe.

Through sliding doors you reach the fantastic roof terrace, with a beautiful view of the Spanish countryside and the nearby mountains. On the spacious terrace is a seat where you can enjoy breakfast and eat or enjoy the view and the beautiful weather while enjoying a cold drink!
When renting apartment A is of course the shared use of the pool present in the garden included! You reach the swimming pool by walking through the front door over private grounds via the parking lot to the staircase situated there. Through that staircase you enter the garden where you have access to the beautiful swimming pool and the furniture in the garden. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool, so you can rinse before and / or after swimming.

There is also a jacuzzi at the villa. It is NOT included in the rental. Are you interested in the jacuzzi? Its possible for an additional charge of €39,- per day. You are not required to rent the jacuzzi as long as the house. The minimum rental period of the jacuzzi is 7 days, also if your stay is shorter. 

If you have rented the jacuzzi, it will be prepared before your arrival. You only have to press the start button to enjoy a relaxed moment. Filling, keeping the water quality and keeping the jacuzzi up to temperature is arranged for you by the key holder.

The whole apartment AND the pool has WIFI range.
